Our custom pvc labels are made in California, not China. These are very easy to sew onto a wide variety of garments. In the case of this womens shirt, the Bud Blue Crew shirt label was sewn at the bottom of the shirt. We used a single needle for this. The parts do not perforate and the 3D label lasts a very long time.

Rubber Labels

We made the Bio Care animal product labels in two sizes for our customer. They had a rush situation and needed the job done in days. Not only that, the artwork was very difficult and was unable to be embroidered or even silkscreened.

Our solution was to use the 4CP process that we came up with just for this very purpose. When you have a four color process label, it is impossible to embroider and with the pvc labels, sometimes the detail does not come through.

Once we made several thousand of these, we then shipped them to the customer.

Many famous brand names have been using our brand labels for their labeling needs. From Ebay to Google, Adobe and Foxfire to name a few. The nice looking 3D pvc logos sew on easily to both heavy and light fabrics. And you can also include a 3D zipper pull to compliment the pvc label for your garments. In the computer and IT industry, the logos tend to be very technical and our four color process custom labels work well for this. Logos like the Foxfire and EBay, would never be able to have been embroidered or made from pvc either due to the nature of the designs.

Velcro Patches

We are the only company in the USA to make the 3D pvc velcro patches. All the others come from China(boo). The other type Of morale badges are made from embroidered patches. And these fade, chip, peel, unravel and do not last long in the harsh environments that many of of our customers travel to and live in. Especially our military forces. Many servicemen from various units around the world create their own look and logo. We help them out with their artwork and they are so excited to see the real part when they receive it. Besides the military, many US Government groups use our parts as well as foreign military units. In the picture attached, we make the glow in the dark Velcro patch for the New York Tactical Team.
