Why choose Flexsystems® custom plastic products vs other options?
Detail - Our 3D labels and custom plastic products can achieve detail that embroidery and silk-screening can’t. With embroidery, lettering can only go as small as 3/8″ high. A lot of times if there is lettering smaller than 3/8″, then they compromise by making the embroidered label bigger to keep the proportions correct. If there is too much detail, it is usually simplified to fit the process.

Point of Differentiation - Our 3D labels give whatever you brand a different look. Our customers are always looking for something different that will make them stand out more than their competition.

Made in the USA - Although we have vendors overseas, most of our labels are made right here in the USA. This gives us the advantage when your customer needs a project completed with a very short lead-time. We have completed projects that have been turned around in a week. Proven Retail Look - Most of the labels on OGIO bags are PVC.

Custom Color Matching
 – We do not charge for matching any Pantone color.

One Mold Many Uses
 – Your customer can amortize the mold cost by using it for many different items. From one mold they can have labels made for wearables and bags, and then use the same mold to make key chains, hang tags, zipper pulls – with the addition of various attachments. Or the same tooling could be used to make magnets and stickers – by adding magnetic backing material or adhesives.

Durability
 – Because these labels are molded and not screen printed, they will last a very long time. A lot bags the labels are adhered to are used for outside activities. Embroidered labels will  fray and bleach in the sun, and silk-screened printing eventually cracks and peels off.

Turnaround Times - In the USA: Receive samples in one week after artwork sign off and production in two week from sample sing off. Overseas: Receive samples in two to three weeks after artwork sign off and production four to six weeks.

What are Flexsystems USA Incorporated capabilities and services?
Virtual Image Service - Whenever your customers are looking at something they aren’t familiar with, they tend to hesitate. We offer our virtual images to help in these occasions. You will have images of what the final product will look like so their decision is made easier.

Design - We have in-house graphic artists to assist you with your project and and any ideas you might have.

Manufacturing - Custom PVC labels in all shapes and sizes, coasters, luggage tags, zipper pulls, keychains, domes, stickers, hat straps, hang tags, serving tray inlays, velcro style hook and loop tabs.

Quick Turnaround Times - In the USA: Receive samples in one week after artwork sign off and production in two week from sample sing off. Overseas: Receive samples in two to three weeks after artwork sign off and production four to six weeks.

Application - The PVC labels can be applied by sewing, heat sealing, gluing, adhesive stickers, RF welding, and by velcro style hook and loop.

Decorating and Packaging
 - We offer decorating and packaging services for our labels and tags. and packaging services for our labels and tags. We will make the label, apply them to the blank goods, package them if needed, then ship them to your customer.

Cover Ups - Don’t let those mistakes or blemished goods sit there, cover them up and make money! We can cover up mistakes in silk-screening, embroidery, and debossed logos.

Unique Finishes - Wet look. Glow in the dark, Glitter, Mesh inlays, reflective, gradient screens, photography and domes.

What do you need to start a project?
Artwork – For production, preferred format is Adobe Illustrator CS2 EPS. If artwork can’t be provided in the correct format we can digitize the artwork for a $75.00 per hour fee with a minimum of one hour being charged.

Number of Colors – Including the background color.
Pantone colors should be provided whenever possible.

Quantities
 – Exact or a ballpark range of quantities can be provided.

Dimensions
 – Width and height are needed.

Application
 – What is being branded / labeled and how you would like the label to be adhered. (Sew, heat seal…)

Timing / In-hands date – When will the labels be needed?
We do not have any minimum order requirements.

Do you have minimums?
We do not have minimum order requirements for most USA Made products.
For products from the Orient, there are minimums. These are reflected on the individual product price sheets.

What payment methods do you accept?
1. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards.
2. We also accept wire transfers.
3. After 5 consecutive orders in one calendar year, we will extend Net 10 terms. All of our work is custom, so once we make it, we cannot resell it, unlike other suppliers.
What are the lead times?
For USA orders. The lead time is: 
Sample. 3-7 days from art approval sign off.
Prodution. 1-4 weeks from sample sign off, depending on quantity.
Rush Available. 1 + days for parts and decoration. Please call to check our production availability. 619-401-1858

For Orient orders. The lead time is:
Sample. 5-7 days from art approval sign off.
Production. 2-8 weeks from sample sign off, depending on quantity.

Yes! We specialize in these. We not only make the custom plastic parts; we can also do the decoration and fulfillment.

What are the different materials you produce?
New FlexBioCorn tm Corn PVC. Medical Grade. We have the exclusive. Silicone, PVC Free, Recycled PVC, Rubber, Phtalate free PVC, PVC, TPU. Although we primarily work with PVC. Also know as flexible vinyl or polyvinylchloride. We also can offer PVC free materials and Non-Phthalate pvc parts, just ask us!
The other materials we work with are TPU, silicone, rubber and recycled PVC.
What artwork do you require?

Safety information for the USA material and orient material.
The PVC material made in the USA has been tested by the SGS labs in Los Angeles, California.. Our Orient factories have SGS lab testing to confirm compliance with lead, cadmium, azo’s and phthalates.
