Call or email here for quick quote. Any shape, size or color you need. We can go up to 17 x 26 inches for the largest part. 3D, custom, plastic, flexible or promotional, fresh look. Use FLEX instead of appliques, embroidery, silkscreen and other emblems and patches. Create a sewable label or one that can be glued or ironed on as a patch. We'll do the decoration for you! Our heatseal bonds to most fabrics, although we recommend testing first
Heat Transfer Easy to apply, just add heat. We use only the best heat transfer tape. These iron on decals can be used on bags and clothing. We suggest you test a sample before you decide to go this route.

Tennis String Dampener Perfect for charity tournaments, tennis camps or school teams. Vibration dampeners are easy to install, and they help reduce the string vibration caused by the ball's impact. They also eliminate the ping you hear when the ball strikes the strings, though dampeners also slightly deaden the sensation of the ball hitting the strings.

Medical Parts We use Velcro® hook and loop for most of our strap parts. We can also make silicone tibia pads to protect the body from sharp contact points in the orthopedic brace. And our decals with 3M adhesive have been used to decorate and differentiate customer's braces from the rest. You can also use our hangtags for promotional purposes for the braces at trade shows.

Stomp Pads What’s a stomp pad? For a snowboarder, these are products that you slap onto your “board” so that you can scrape the ice from your boot before you lock in and shred. Any size or shape. We use a stiff durometer and high-grade 3M products to ensure the best quality.

Injection Molded Parts Injection Molding is the process of forcing melted plastic into a mold cavity. Once the plastic has cooled, the part can be ejected. Injection molding is often used in mass-production and prototyping. Injection molding is a relatively new way to manufacture parts. The first injection molding machines were built in the 1930's.

Rubber Patches An elastic material obtained from the latex sap of trees (especially trees of the genera Hevea and Ficus) that can be vulcanized and finished into a variety of products. Rubber patches are rapidly gaining popularity in the garment industry. Can be applied on shirts, boardshorts, hats, caps, bags and shoes. Method of application can either be sewn or attached directly using adhesive backing or heat transfer tape. Rubber colors are dyed based on chosen PMS codes or even glow-in-the-dark.
