We not only make the custom sew on labels at our factory in San Diego, we sew or heat seal the rubber patches to hats, bags, polo shirts, blankets, cases and packs and more!
Our sewers have been with us for over 10 years and are very experienced with the most delicate fabric to the heaviest bag or military tote.
Our PVC labels can also be heat sealed to some materials, but we require that you send us the part to test first. Items such as scuba drysuits, neoprene Cocoon laptop sleeves and some bags with coating work well.

Sewing
Sewing is our most popular decoration method and by far the most permanent. Our custom clothing labels and sew on labels look great on clothing and really stand out with the 3D molded look. We include a “sew channel” on each label so that it helps to make the sewing even and clean.
The Blue Crew Girls loved our 3D PVC Blue Crew labels. Several thousand soft and thin shirts were sewn using our contour custom rubber patch. Embroidery would not hit the detail in the small space and the customer wanted the logo to “pop”.
Waterfront is a very fine restaurant in San Francisco. They had asked our distributor to come up with a new waty to decorate the waiters aprons. The 3D logo turned out great and lasts under all the wash and dry cycles for the apron. The customers logo looks crisp and clean and easy to read.
Heat Seal and Adhesives
One of our distributors was handling a concert. We made our rubber patches and heat sealed them on to thousands of cases….
Our custom PVC Adobe labels were made with our heat seal material on the back. We then activate the material and placed it onto the Victronix bags. The bond was strong and secure.
