Flex Systems has been decorating outwear and performance gear for over 20 years. When SanMar approached us about decorating the Northface line of clothing, bags, and caps, we were extremely interested in going through the approval process.
Due to the nature of many of the Northface fabrics, we can heat seal patches and labels as well as sew them on. And In some cases, the customer requires that we also make a 2D zipper pull and attach for them.
Prior to decorating any garment, we test to see if our parts will adhere to the garment or bag. The fabrics change frequently and may also have different coatings. These factors affect how we can decorate the item.
